We collect only what is needed to run mosaic generation, enforce plan limits, and provide billing and support.
1. Data we collect
We process account metadata, uploaded images, generation settings, service events, and billing records required to provide Mosaic4Me.
2. How we use data
Data is used to run mosaic generation workflows, enforce plan limits, improve reliability, and handle billing and support requests.
3. Storage and retention
Recent mosaics are retained by plan policy: Free keeps up to 10 recent mosaics for 10 days, Paid keeps up to 60 recent mosaics for 365 days. Expired entries enter a background deletion and purge workflow. Some records can remain temporarily in backups before final purge.
4. Security
We apply access controls, private media policies, and operational monitoring to protect user data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Third-party providers
Service may rely on external providers for authentication, storage, and billing. Their policies also apply to their processing scope.
6. Anonymous site analytics
Public pages may emit anonymous events such as page views and app-entry clicks. We do not include personal photo content in these events.
