These terms describe how Mosaic4Me services, subscriptions, and export purchases are provided and used.
1. Service scope
Mosaic4Me provides tooling to generate photo mosaics from user-uploaded inputs, with usage limits determined by active plan and billing status.
2. Account and usage
Users are responsible for account security and for complying with all applicable copyright and privacy obligations for uploaded content.
3. Billing and add-ons
Paid subscriptions and one-time export purchases are billed according to active plan details at purchase time. Plan terms may evolve over time.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse platform limits, queue behavior, or infrastructure.
5. Availability
Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis and may include maintenance windows or temporary throttling measures.
