What can I do on the Free tier?
You can fully adjust mosaic settings, create up to 2 libraries (500 photos each), retain up to 10 recent mosaics for 10 days, generate up to 10 mosaics daily before throttling, and export up to 1600px included.
What changes on Paid ($16.99/month)?
You get up to 10 libraries with up to 10k photos each, up to 60 recent mosaics retained for one year, priority queue access with advanced presets, 30 included 3200px exports per month, 1 included 8000px export per month, and 30% discount on add-ons after credits.
How does generation throttling work on Free?
Free users can generate up to 10 mosaics per day at normal speed. After that threshold, generation continues but with reduced speed/priority.
Can I buy bigger exports without subscribing?
Yes. Free users can buy one-time exports: 3200px for $9.99, 8000px for $25.99, and 12000px for $55.99.
How are larger exports priced on Paid?
After included monthly credits are used, Paid add-on prices are $6.99 for 3200px, $17.99 for 8000px, and $39.99 for 12000px.
Are my photos public?
No. Your libraries and mosaics are private by default. There is no public gallery.
Do you ship prints?
No. We provide JPG downloads only, and you can print anywhere you choose.
What happens if my paid export fails?
If a paid export fails due to a system error (job error, corrupted output, or missing storage object), we re-render or re-issue the export credit. If we cannot resolve it within 24 hours, we refund the purchase.
How do I delete my photos/libraries?
Open your account libraries and delete individual photos or full libraries anytime. Deleted items are removed from active access and pass through retention purge cleanup.
